As a specialist buyer (w/m/d), you are responsible for national and pan-European tenders for construction, service and delivery services, our specialist departments advise on the creation of performance directories and award documents and ensure that all legal requirements are complied with. With your know-how, you accompany the entire process – from the first consultation to the supplement – and thus actively contribute to making public funds useful and transparent. You have a successfully completed degree in business, economic engineering or a comparable degree course Alternatively, you have a commercial or technical training with additional qualification to the certified farmer (w/m/d), economic specialist (w/m/d) (IHK, VWA etc.) or a comparable qualification You have already been able to gain professional experience in purchasing or awarding supply, services and construction services Knowledge of procurement law is advantageous Your German language skills are at least at the B2 level; at best you have English skills at B2 level or higher You contribute application knowledge in the current MS Office programs and optimally have SAP skills You are a team player (m/w/d), approaching your tasks in a solution-oriented manner and bringing communication strength, negotiation skills and service orientation with
