The Department of Budgetary Affairs is responsible for budgeting and management, financial statements and central purchasing, third-party management and the digitization of support processes. Design the further development of the Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln with your expertise and your vision!

Line, development and control of the decernate with approx. 30 employees Advising university management and specialist departments, communication on supervisory and audit bodies on all issues relating to household, finance, tax and accounting and on basic economic issues Strategic planning and operational implementation of processes and projects in a dynamic environment, responsible preparation of the university's economic planning Ensuring the legal and strategy-oriented use of funds, responsibility for accounting and reporting, including the preparation of quarterly reports and annual accounts Optimization of all processes, control of the transition to SAP S/4HANA and responsibility of digitization projects

Complete university degree or equivalent degree, preferably in BWL, Finance/Controlling or fulfilment of the runway requirements for the 2nd. Entry office of category 2 Multi-annual professional responsibility Multiannual activity in business or financial function, ideally at a university or public service Outstanding analytical and strategic competencies and service orientation Proven experience in change management and design processes, experience in implementing digital tools and workflows High solution orientation, decision strength and hands-on mentality Proven moderation and motivation, high empathy Communication strength, high level of loadability
