For the “Order Management” area, we are looking for a*n at the Oberkochen site at the next possible time Senior Controller (m/d) Order Management is responsible for the commercial order processing in the field of operations/production. The activity includes the project commercial function to ensure the economic order processing. The aim is to increase efficiency and optimise the operational performance process and to achieve the business objectives.

Building a controlling capable structure and processes for active controlling the production costs of the individual products Optimization and implementation of commercial tasks within the internal performance process Own-responsibility of monitoring and control tasks of complex projects to support those responsible in production, with the aim of increasing efficiency and optimizing the operational performance process Identification and placement of new controlling methods Ensuring a correct, cost-based flow of values, in particular the material assessment and inventory management Development and introduction of new processes for the reporting process using suitable tools (e.g. PowerBI) Early detection of plan deviations as well as independent development and implementation of countermeasures Active, independent and independent control in the handling of production projects in close cooperation with the department Compilation of product calculations Regular creation of co-calculations and risk assessments for each product Participation and support in the periodic work

Complete study of business management or comparable Multiannual experience in project and order processing Extensive experience in finance Very good knowledge of cost accounting Very good knowledge of SAP R/3 Previous knowledge of S4/HANA desirable IT affinity Experience in the professional leadership of teams of advantage Self-employed, structured and reliable operation Enforcement and very good communication skills German and English skills
