Company profile Our customer is a leading company in the engineering sector and stands for innovation, quality and pioneering technologies. In order to strengthen the team at the Stuttgart site, our customer is looking for a dedicated personnel expert (m/w/d) who supports the HR processes with passion and precision.

Tasks

Care and management of personnel master data and maintenance of HR systems Support in the creation of employment contracts, contract changes and certificates Coordination and settlement of administrative HR processes, e.g. entry and exit Contact for employees and executives on personaladministrative topics Participation in HR projects for process optimization and digitization

Requirements profile

First experience in personnel handling Advantageous knowledge of labour, social security and wage tax law Secure handling of MS Office and ideally with HR software (e.g. SAP, DATEV) Structured and careful operation and a high degree of discretion Teamability, communication strength and service orientation Very good German knowledge
