Team Manager QC Biological Analytics (m/f/d)

As Team Manager (w/m/d) QC Biological Analytics, you take over the team's disciplinary leadership and overall organisational and regulatory responsibility for the field and report to the Director Quality Control. In an environment of growing requirements, you can sustainably strengthen performance, cooperation and efficiency and ensure a stable operational performance and the timely execution of all audits and releases. The technical development of analytical methods is carried out in close coordination with the Analytical Lead QC Biological Analytics; the organisational and regulatory responsibility lies with you. Your responsibility: Discipline leadership, objective and performance management of the QC Biological Analytics team Building a binding, performance-oriented team culture Ensuring the timely execution of tests and releases according to medical requirements and reporting to the QC Priority and control of resources to ensure stable operational performance Implementation of current GMP and security requirements and further development of efficient processes in the GMP-regulated environment Responsibility for GMP compliance and for deviation and OOS management Participation in budget and personnel planning Presentation of the department in inspections and audits

Successfully completed Master's degree or PhD in Life Sciences as well as several years of professional experience in a GMP-regulated environment, ideally in pharmaceutical order production or analysis At least five years of leadership experience in laboratory or QC structures, where you have successfully managed and developed teams through challenging situations Knowledge in bioanalytical methods and very good knowledge in quality management systems and GMP regulations Secure handling of IT systems such as MS Office and LIMS trust and communicate safely in German and English Embossed social competence, empathy and communication strength Ability to promote motivation and at the same time establish clear performance requirements – even in phases of change and increasing requirements, you will retain structure, priorities and orientation Enforcement combined with an esteeming leadership style
