The Federal Real Estate Agency (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the immobility policy objectives of the federal government and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Control of simple and complex construction measures up to €10 million in existing properties with and without construction management in coordination with the team management and the commercial object management Self-proclaimed material processing in the field of civil engineering Control and technical monitoring of the profession Examination or creation of cost estimates, building and tender documents Implementation of/cooperation in award decisions Control of the construction process Implementation of economic considerations, determination of the necessary budgets Budget management in cooperation with the commercial object management Audit of contracts, offers and invoices Establishment of the condition and maintenance requirements for the properties in the field of competence in the AiBATROS specialist procedure

Qualification: Graduate (graduate) of the Department of Architecture, Civil Engineering or in a comparable course of study or comparable qualification (e.g. state-tested technician [w/m/d] with at least 3 years of practical experience at engineering level) Competitors: Including professional experience, particularly in the performance phases 5 – 8 of the HOAI First project management experiences desirable Knowledge of the quality of buildings and interiors according to HOAI, as well as good knowledge of all relevant legal and administrative provisions and standards Other: Green and careful mode of operation with high reliability Good organisational skills, economic thinking and action skills Ability to work into changing tasks Good opinion Own initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Ability to work independently, thoroughly and objectively even in the case of increased work Good expressiveness in word and writing, pronounced communication skills Customer/address-oriented behaviour, pronounced and targeted negotiation skills Skill for team-oriented action, critique, social competence Good judgment, combined with the ability to make decisions and take responsibility
