Designing training: switching specialist training contents in the following areas: performing basic training in conventional and CNC-controlled machining In-depth knowledge transfer based on project and production orders Basics of metal technology

Accompanying trainees: Own-sponsored implementation of courses and accompanying trainees through interim and final examinations Companies represent: representation of the company at trade fairs and training fairs Work closely in practice: integration of trainees into internal work orders (mills/turning)

Complete vocational training for machining or tool mechanics Multiannual professional experience in cutting (conventional and CNC) A further development of the industrial master metal is desirable Detection of vocational and vocational training qualifications (AdA) is advantageous At best experience in training and examination Embossed social competence and team skills Joy in working with young people Safe and binding occurrence and enforcement
