You combine strategic thinking with technical excellence and help our clients to develop data-driven business models and data products, build powerful data organisations and development processes and anchor data governance in a sustainable manner. Your tasks: Advising top management in the development and implementation of digital strategies focusing on Data & AI Design and implementation of data strategies and the establishment of data organizations Building future-oriented digital operating models for business and IT – incl. Integration of AI applications End-to-end management: from strategic design to technical implementation in close cooperation with IT, digital and specialist areas Identification of relevant technology trends (cloud, AI, data platforms) and their translation into specific business cases Internal knowledge transfer and further development of our Digital & AI Transformation Community

Master's degree in BWL, (economic) computer science, data science, engineering or a comparable degree programme 2years of professional experience in a leading consulting firm or in a data-driven environment (Start-up, Tech, Scale-up) Deep expertise in at least three of the following areas: Digital/Data Operating Models, Data Strategy, Data Governance, Data Management, Data Architectures, Cloud & AI Technologies Impressed ability to generate business value from data and put technical solutions into practice High IT affinity combined with strategic and analytical thinking Excellent communication and presentation skills at top management level in German and English Readiness and desire for projects in a dynamic environment
