You lead and coordinate a five-person creditor accounting team at the Baden-Baden and Mannheim locations and promote the professional and personal development of employees You are responsible for the creditor accounting for the associated companies in the group and ensure correct, correct and timely processing You create, accompany and monitor the monthly and annual accounts according to HGB in the creditor sector You organize the coordination and care of the creditor accounts, clarify discrepancies and ensure the timely booking of payment outputs You are responsible for the accounting workflow, manage the system used and continuously develop the processes You analyze existing processes, identify potential for improvement and implement efficient, also digitally supported solutions You contribute to special tasks and cross-departmental projects and ensure compliance with legal requirements, internal guidelines and relevant control processes

A completed Business Studies such as BWL, Account Holder Training or Comparative Qualification (m/w/d) Multiannual experience in financial accounting and sound HGB, tax and accounting skills Management experience or experience in the professional guidance of employees: You understand motivating and developing a team Funded SAP-FI knowledge, ideally knowledge of SAP S/4HANA experience with financial accounting systems and their optimization; Knowledge of digital workflows and automation are very welcome! Analytical and precise operation with a good understanding of business relationships as well as valuable communication and joy in working with a wide range of areas Very good German knowledge in word and writing as well as very good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
