You have an open ear for the smaller and bigger concerns of our clients and talk about mental relief. They support our clients in developing a daily structure and their own recovery concepts. They advise and support our clients in building social networks in the social area. They support our clients in achieving the individual goals of the overall plan and resource-oriented assistance planning. Together with the clients, you create the annual social history reports. They provide long-term assistance for internal and external appointments in Eidelstedt, Lurup, Osdorf and the Elbvororten, e.g. advice and Support in the application of social benefits, advice on telephone calls, support to authorities, doctors and institutions, support in everyday management and support in leisure activities (especially in family assistance). They are reliable contact persons as personal assistance for clients.
