Your tasks:

• Own operation and monitoring of modern production machines – you make sure fresh bread is produced daily
• Implementation of retrofitting work on the systems so that it can be flexibly reacted to product changes and customer requests
• Cleaning, maintenance and maintenance of production machines to ensure longevity
• Monitoring and documentation of production processes in terms of quality, hygiene and safety
• Responsibility for compliance with production requirements and quality standards

Your profile:

• Complete training as a machine and plant leader, specialist for food technology or a comparable qualification
• First practical experience in operating machines in a manufacturing operation is advantageous
• Technical understanding and a strong sense of responsibility
• Self-employed, reliable working and team skills
