Your tasks You process in-depth funding applications via the intermediary portals Interhyp and FINMAS and have both sales opportunities and risks in mind Our intermediaries rely on you! You are your contact person and take care of their enquiries with competence and commitment You comprehensively advise our customers on their housing financing – whether standard or individual solutions are required Your network is your capital: You build contacts with mediators and plead them, for example via online platforms You recognize potentials beyond the actual financing and use cross-selling opportunities in a targeted customer conversation Internal financing enquiries and prolongations of employees as well as real estate enquiries from the OBC (OnlineBeratungsCenter) will also land with you – you will ensure smooth processing

Your profile (m/w/d), ideally complemented by the Sparkassenfachwirt (m/w/d) for customer consulting Your knowledge is up to date: You have completed the Real Estate Advising Seminar and brings knowledge in accordance with the Residential Loan Policy Two years of experience in private or commercial building financing have already made you fit for practice Service and sales are exactly your thing – you convince by open, clear communication and a high customer orientation You are ready to learn, have a quick understanding and are open to new digital distribution channels and working methods Decisions You meet sovereignly, like to work in the team and also analyze complex facts precisely You think and want to improve and develop workflows constructively
