Implementation of change-oriented consulting projects in the automotive, land and construction machinery industry Conducting change-oriented training (in presence as well as digital) in the automotive, land and construction machinery industry with focus on executives, teams and employees at trade level (e.g. on communication and appearance, leadership, sales, processes and key figures) Identify/analyze counselling and training needs and develop appropriate concepts for management, sales and after sales Develop and implement future-oriented training methods and learning approaches Ensure continuous improvement of training and consulting processes

Business training (complete study or comparable professional experience) Ideally 2-5 years of professional experience in the field of training, consulting or personnel development, like in the agricultural and construction machinery or automotive industry Relevant qualifications or certifications in the field of training are desirable Presentation Skills for authentic placement of training content High level of initiative and sense of responsibility Embossed communication and presentation skills in German and English Ability to communicate complex content in a practical and comprehensible manner You are open to a journey of at least 3 days/week
