Number: MER000422M Our Global Customer Service and Parts After-Sales Technology (GCSP/TP) section supports the entire life cycle of Mercedes-Benz car and van vehicles worldwide, from the service-oriented design of our products to market launch, product probation and technical market support. We support service organisations worldwide. We work with our partners from development, production, purchasing, legal and quality. We create operating instructions, write diagnostic procedures and are the experts in parts technology, as well as in product evaluation and regulation. Self-employed implementation of projects on development

Preparation of recommendations for action on compliance-oriented process organization

Working in GCSP/TP Strategy Projects and allied Support and Administration Tasks

Coordination of the internal communication team for the area page in the social intranet

The activity can begin from July 2026.

Course in Business Administration, Communications, Automotive Industry or a comparable degree programme Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Secure handling of MS-Office, advanced knowledge are advantageous, secure application as well as creativity and affinity in handling IT systems
