Your tasks:

• Ensuring availability for the Aircraft delivery required documents and their processing
• Ensuring the flow of information both with internal and with external interfaces
• Full support of the airline customer including its Support for communication with German authorities
• Providing and ensuring the customer experience Delivery area
• Management and control of the tasks assigned to them Budgets used
• independent processing of internal optimization processes in Reference to customer service and satisfaction in compliance with the Customer journey
• Optimization and innovation of internal work processes

Your profile:

• completed studies in the field of business management, international management, economics or comparable qualification
• Complete vocational training with many years of professional experience in the commercial sector or in the tourism industry
• Over two years of professional experience in the field of commercial Processing and Customer Service
• Over a year of professional experience in project management
• Knowledge in Google Workspace
• German and English skills
• Any other language is advantageous
