As a Business Consultant (m/w/d) for the energy industry, you develop innovative solutions for the challenges of digital transformation together with our customers. Your focus is on the analysis, adaptation and further development of existing business processes under strategic and organizational conditions. Advising our customers in the development of innovative business models and digital strategies in the energy industry Support our customers in the analysis and reorganization of existing business processes Taking responsibility in our corporate structure or as a (part) project manager in our customer projects - depending on the level of experience Continuous training on current development topics in the energy industry and know-how transfer with your colleagues Supporting our customer base and acquisition of new projects

A completed study in BWL, Computer Science, Business Informatics or comparable training, possibly also a few years of experience in consulting and project fields Interest in the energy market, ideally project experience in the energy economy Knowledge in the fields of energy trading and portfolio management, ETRM, energy distribution/CRM, billing, customer service, energy data management, grid management, asset management, workforce management, conventional and renewable generation, virtual power plants Team orientation, independent working and training motivation Knowledge of digital enterprise processes and standard software Experience in project work and IT consulting Conceptual and analytical skills Good knowledge of German and English
