Position description: Currently we are looking for a trainer (m/w/d), who can carry out basic and advanced training in theory and practice with a focus on energy technology in the field of energy automation. The role includes training for customers and employees in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and adjacent areas. The trainings take place in our own facilities as well as on-site customers.

Your IMPACT: Responsible for the teaching and content of the technical training documents Self-adaptation of theoretical and practical exercises and tests to current market requirements Implementation of standard seminars and customized workshops in theory and practice Use of modern and digital learning methods in everyday work Close cooperation with Energy Automation Marketing Creation of the annual seminar catalogue in coordination with the sales and the SE Germany coaching team

Your profile: Degree as an engineer:in (diploma, master), technician:in or similar Ideally practical experience as trainer:in continuing vocational training Knowledge of planning, design and design of automation systems in switching systems Experiences with network technology and bus systems Very good technical understanding in energy management Methodological-didactic skill in teaching content Travel readiness of about 30% Good knowledge of Office software (e.g. Presentation-PPT) Good knowledge of German and English, French
