ENF BFY GmbH is a production site with around 100 employees in the Bavarian town of Faulbach. The focus of production is on the production of protein, fruit and nut bars. Since 2023, ENF BFY has been part of the Ferrero Group. With 39 brands sold in more than 170 countries, this is one of the world's largest confectionery companies (Sweet Packaged Food). Ferrero is already in third generation and is still in family ownership. Within the Ferrero Group, the ENF BFY GmbH production facility in the Bavarian Faulbach is regarded as a strategically important area in terms of the growing category of “Better for you” snacks.

Location: Faulbach Start date: now Process and Process Development: Implementation of New Processes and Processes in the Supply Chain, Industry and Plants Storage optimisation: Strategies for continuous optimization of storage of raw materials, packaging materials and finished products Storage and Disposal Policy: Establishing guidelines for efficient product disposal and quality storage Supply security: Ensuring the supply of raw materials and packaging materials and empty pallets Stock management: operational management of the inventory and monitoring of the physical logistics flow Project management: Responsibility for industrial storage projects 360-degree process management: Establishing a comprehensive process management within industrial storage (in constant coordination with plant process management) Organisational development: Support for the continuous development of the storage organisation Production supply strategies: development and optimization of strategies to improve efficiency in storage processes Quality guidelines: ensuring compliance with quality guidelines for transport and storage, and developing flexible storage strategies to save costs

successfully completed studies, ideally in economics with a focus on supply chain, or comparable qualification Experience with cross-functional projects Benefits in Lean Methods very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Knowledge of SAP ERP and EWM pronounced analytical and conceptual skills Enforceability coupled with positive radiation, empathy and flexibility high level of quality and cost awareness JOBV1_EN
