Full-time employee in the technical sales office with a focus on automation (m/f/d)

You ensure that our customers are satisfied at home and abroad and are happy to work with us. You take over customer advice and support, clarifying the feasibility of customer requests, offerings, order confirmations, order processing, billing, creation of customs papers, export declarations and complaint processing. You work closely with the sales service, product management, logistics and purchasing and are responsible for smooth operations within your area of responsibility. You document and maintain customer information, processes and results in our systems.

You have a successfully completed commercial training. You have several years of professional experience in the sales service with technical background, e.g. in machine/plant engineering. Knowledge in the field of ball valves, pipe fittings and industrial fittings or automation are welcome, but no requirement. You have a strong customer and service orientation and communicate safely, are a team player and look forward to nice colleagues. You work independently and structured and take responsibility – you can do this with us! You possess knowledge of German and good English in word and writing. You are interested in technical products, are IT-affin and master MS-Office comprehensively. Good ERP and CRM knowledge complete your profile.
