We are looking for a new *“Process Manager Order Processing (m/w/d)” which contributes to the global optimization of the order-to-cash process. In this role you are the expert for OTC processes with a focus on Business processes and systems (including SAP). As a Process Manager work on functional specifications of process adaptations and support the various initiatives through your deep understanding, with changes for ERP, interfaces and add-ons hang together. As a project manager, you are also directly responsible for improvement initiatives.

International Project Management: Head of International Project Management Projects on supply chain topics focusing on order processing. Optimizing the order-to-cash process: Coordination of the Standardization of processes, definition of technological improvements and development of digital solutions. Quality: Strong expertise in SAP/systems (SD module). Development or integration of modern ordering practices and introduction of external knowledge. Overall overview and definition of priorities for further process development. Global guidance: Support and training of countries and Regions and local organisations Change management activities. Benchmarking and Reporting: provision and monitoring of KPIs, Analyses and benchmarks for management to save costs in the order To achieve processing.

- Academic training: A relevant academic degree in business management with a focus on supply chain/engineering/IT; or an equivalent professional qualification. Professional experience in project management: Proven experience in Coordination of cross-functional projects ideally with focus on the optimization of order management processes. IT-Know-how: Preferential knowledge in SAP ERP, in particular in the SD module. Acknowledgment of the end-to-end order-to-cash process and its relevant stakeholders. Start communication skills: High enforcement capability and customer-oriented thinking. Learning: Practical thinking and a Hands-on mentality in problem solving.
