Your skills: You should have the following points:

• desirable, but not necessarily necessary is experience in: machine control, plant control, operation, assembly (metal, plant construction), quality control (simple control activity)
• unrestricted shift readiness (also on weekends) desirable
• Fast understanding and technical understanding

• readiness to learn
• Flexibility, teamability and willingness to work in a multi-layered operation
