Structure and actively tax the entire procurement process together with our clients – from the first idea to the final decision. Communicate at eye level with all stakeholders and keep an overview of challenging project phases. Set national and EU-wide procurement procedures legally compliant and professionally, integrating your understanding of planning and construction processes. Create precise and comprehensible award documents – from the performance description to the competition documents to complete award documentation. Analyze and check applications for participation and offers with technical attention to detail. actively shape the further development and digitization of our procurement procedures and introduce your own ideas for process optimization.

A completed study in architecture or civil engineering, in related fields or a corresponding qualified training. Ideally alreadyexperience or prior knowledge in the application of VgV,UVgO, GWB or HOAI – or the willingness to work quickly and structured. A pronounced confession for complex planning and organizational relationships. Stylish written expressiveness and joy in formulating texts accurately, clearly and addressably. Very good communication skills as well as ananalytical, structured and conceptual thinking. A team-oriented and at the same time self-sponsored operation, high care and aiming. Very good knowledge of German and a sovereign appearance in cooperation with various stakeholders. Travel and driving licence class B so that you can accompany procedures on site
