This feature offers you the opportunity to work with one of ZEISS's most important group programs and to promote the harmonisation and standardization of processes and structures that will determine how ZEISS works in the coming years. In detail: By introducing the individual functional and segment-related requirements within the Workstream Record-to-Report as an end-to-end process, you contribute to finding the best solution for ZEISS In close cooperation with the senior manager of your stream, you take on a supporting role, understand and master the individual processes in order to convey targeted functions and process experts between the ZEISS. Together control and orchestrate the necessary external consultant support within the Record-to-Report Workstreams You help to coordinate the progress of your stream of subprojects, ensure effective planning, implementation and improvement, and thus make a significant contribution to the overall success of the project You participate in the implementation of functional tests, the validation of process configurations and the implementation of strategies to increase payment punctuality and reduce the external balances of claims You work with global teams to support the introduction of SAP S/4HANA in various business areas, with a focus on the strategic objectives

Successful Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economic Engineering or a related subject 1 to 3 years of experience in a business process function, e.g. accounting / controlling, preferably with SAP or another ERP system A certification in SAP S/4HANA Finance or an equivalent ERP system is advantageous Embossed analytical skills and a basic understanding of end-to-end business processes First experiences in implementing projects in the field of Business Process Excellence or in a similar environment for performance improvement The ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Result-oriented, analytical and organizational skills combined with consistent communication on changes (Change Management) to develop and successfully implement strategic plans Efficient communication and joy in team work German and English language skills in word and writing JOBV1_EN
