Commercial Clinic Management (m/f/d)

Operational management and overall responsibility for the dental clinic – from the active control of daily processes to the implementation of business requirements Direct management and organisation of commercial and non-tooth medical areas (reception, assistance, dental prophylaxis, dental laboratory, billing) – with a clear presence in hospital everyday life Close operational cooperation with the medical management and management to implement economic goals and efficient processes in the daily business Active further development and standardization of internal work processes – Hands-on control of processes and support of teams in implementation Staff deployment planning and control: Creation, monitoring and adaptation of service plans according to budget and clinic needs in cooperation with the recruiting team Preparatory pay and salary accounting: independent collection and disclosure of relevant data to the external service provider

Complete economic studies or medical studies with additional economics Multiannual experience in leading larger teams Multiannual professional experience in a coordinating and administrative position The passion both to conduct economically and to immerse yourself in an operational and administrative depth.
