The central IT team is responsible for the planning, installation and operation of this infrastructure, as well as for the networking of the three locations in Berlin and Bonn. Operation, maintenance and monitoring of the LINUX system environment (including applications) Implementation of Linux standards (by BSI guidelines) and patch management Designing infrastructure projects focusing on IT security Support in operation, planning and security of network infrastructure Analysis or troubleshooting in the area of responsibility (2nd level support) Creation, adaptations and maintenance of instructions and documentation Regular testing of the operating capability of the Linux system environment (on site)

Complete study in the IT field (e.g. computer science, information technology) or comparable subjects Multiannual professional experience (at least 3 years) in LinuxSystem administration Practical experience with container technologies and automation tools Good knowledge of network architecture, routing, and firewall technologies IT security experience, Knowledge of Bash, Python, etc. Ideally knowledge in the administration of databases Analytical, structured working and high sense of responsibility Teamability, service orientation and communication strength Very good communication skills in German (C2 level) and English (B2 level) Standing for continuous training
