Sighting, sorting and structuring of existing paper personal files Verification of documents for completeness and relevance in accordance with internal requirements Sorting documents according to defined criteria (e.g. data protection, retention periods) Scanning and digitizing files by quality standards Electronic assignment, keyword and storage of documents Quality control of the digitized documents (readiness, completeness, correct order) In addition, you can support the Team Personnel & Organisation: Working with the documentation of processes Takeover of organisational tasks related to the digitization project Close cooperation with the operating HR team and support in HR Backoffice

Valid enrollment at a German university/university college in the field of personnel, business, or digitalization or comparable very careful, structured and reliable operation High sense of responsibility and discretion in dealing with sensitive personal data Joy of organisational tasks and interest in digital HR processes Good MS Office knowledge and willingness to work into new systems
