In this task you take over: The project management on the building site of large-volume housing projects currently under construction with a focus on the production phase (planning, realization, commissioning), ensuring the project objectives with regard to costs, dates and quality Information sharing, voting with stakeholders and obtaining decisions in management/partners The timely implementation of decisions on project-related definitions (quality, costs, dates, contracts) as well as object-related foundations (functions, designs, standard, design) Preparation, coordination and procurement of performance and contract contents for external consultants, planners and project taxers The performance and control of external contractors incl. Auditing, Releases and Conflict Management The establishment and enforcement of a regular reporting system involving external work The liquidity planning together with the management, including external work After completion of the construction phase, the focus is expected to shift to the co-design of the following topics in the already existing team for the management of the real estate: return, risk and value-oriented management and support of the real estate currently under construction the development/optimisation of the real estate strategy and the construction and execution organisation for the operation and administration of the currently under construction, including external service providers

Ideally, you have: A study of one of the following subjects: Civil engineering / Economic engineering with deepening construction / real estate management / architecture. Degree degree: Bachelor or Master 5-10 years of professional experience in the relevant field Experience in managing complex real estate projects over all phases and knowledge in contract and contract law: confidentiality with the relevant foundations from the relevant legal works (e.g. AHO, HOAI, VOB, BGB, Rental Law) The ability to penetrate and understand information in a short period of time, you can identify relationships and set meaningful priorities. Thinking in holistic structures and processes is easy for you Proactive action leading to pragmatic and solution-oriented decisions.
