You are responsible for the maintenance and functioning of all electrical, heating and ventilation systems You take over the monitoring, control and repair work in the following areas: electrical, sister call system/light call system (Ackermann), heating, water heating, air conditioning and ventilation. In addition, you accompany expert examinations and the Health Office checks You will take care of bagatell repairs in all other areas as well as care of mastery activities You are responsible for the supervision and coordination of the company representatives You take on special tasks such as painting work, activities in the field of the clinic, refurbishment work, furniture transport as well as the preparation and preparation of events Active participation in standby and winter service You show willingness to continue and continue to train within your activities The regular service period is between 07:00 and 15:30, but can be adjusted in special cases or by instruction
