Our heart beats for the Port of Hamburg, which connects us! You take over the management of real estate and infrastructure projects, i.e. the responsible takeover for the development, planning and implementation of projects from initiation to handover. You take the builders or Client function vis-à-vis internal and external service providers. The development of economic concepts including Presentation of the economy by means of business cases is in your area of responsibility. You take responsibility for dates, costs and quality as well as for risk management. You assume project-related reporting and representation obligations to users, public authorities, stakeholders and HPA internal bodies.

You have completed your studies (Diplom/Master) of Economics or Engineering or many years of professional experience with equivalent knowledge and skills. You have relevant professional experience in managing and controlling construction projects (IPMA certification level C desirable). Personally, your business-economic thinking and acting characterises you. You have an independent way of working, a safe occurrence, and a pronounced communication and enforcement capability.
