Team Leader Local Transport (m/f/d)

Leadership of the team and organisation of efficient shift and personnel deployment planning Function as contact person for suppliers and transport contractors in case of questions regarding the collection and delivery of parcels and process changes Identification of quality deviations, introduction of appropriate countermeasures and success controls Documentation and verification of relevant key figures and regular exchange with internal interfaces Ensuring the processing of complaints

Completed commercial or commercial training Industry experience (logistics / KEP) and first leadership experience desirable High level of initiative and the ability to advise people Quality orientation, solution competence and enforcement capability Very good knowledge of MS Office applications as well as the ability to work quickly into new IT systems Ready for shift and Saturday work
