Cutting machine operator / CNC router / CNC lathe operator – metal / industrial (m/f/d)

Automated manufacturing environment: You are happy to work in a modern, automated manufacturing environment and actively contribute your passion for technology, precision and high-quality components. Manufacturing control & monitoring: You monitor complex machining processes on our CNC milling and grinding machines, monitor the machining process and make corrections if necessary. Machine equipment: You set up CNC machines independently, read work documents, build clamping devices and ensure smooth processing by regular maintenance. Quality assurance: By independent measuring and testing, You ensure the high quality of our components, even on the 3D coordinate measuring machine. Tool management: You monitor the state of the tools used, perform tool change and ensure optimal operational readiness of the machines.

Training or experience: You have completed a training as a machining mechanic (m/w/x) or have comparable practical experience in the CNC sector. Expertise: You have experience in metal cutting, ideally on 3-axis milling machines, and have basic knowledge in CNC programming. Computer skills: You are safe to use the common computer programs (MS Office) and ideally have knowledge of HCL Notes and SAP. Personal characteristics: Reliability, teamability and a pronounced sense of order and organization. Flexibility: You bring a flexible readiness to use for layer work in the 2- and 3-layer system.
