Information Security Coordinator (m/w/d)

CONDOK's range of services includes system development and services as part of the Integrated Logistic Support. These include technical documentation, product and operational safety, logistical support for products and systems and software development for logistical data management. As a system house CONDOK develops and implements equipment and conversion measures in cabins and vehicles and performs repair services.

At the locations Kiel, Hamburg and Koblenz we support projects for the Bundeswehr and the civil industry. With our technical and logistical solutions for military and civil systems, we make a valuable contribution to ensuring the material commitment.

Information security: You develop, implement and maintain the Information Security Management System (ISMS) according to DIN EN ISO: 27001. In addition, you process information security-relevant events and take over the coordination and monitoring of appropriate measures. Ensuring organisational requirements: You shall ensure and accompany the organisational preparation of audits and certifications in the field of information security. You accompany the implementation of protection requirements and risk analyses and support the information security officer in all activities of the daily business. Cooperation with internal contacts: You design and coordinate awareness and training measures. Advising the management and the various departments on the topic of information security is also your task. Nevertheless, together with the Information Security Officer, you are a contact person for security incidents and involved in the development of recommendations for action and their communication in the company.

Successfully completed training, studies in the IT sector or a comparable qualification First experience in IT or IT security/information security Ability to work independently Communication skills and persuasiveness Teamability, technical affinity and good analytical and strategic thinking complete your profile Not mandatory, but highly desirable first contact with ISO standards as well as with current information and IT security standards First experience in the field of ISMS and in dealing with the use of information security management systems
