The Customer Services division leads the operational cross-product processing of service orders (Repair, maintenance, installation, SW/HW updates, remote support). In addition to increasing the Customer satisfaction and achievement of financial key figures are 'Operational Excellence' Core objectives. We achieve this through unrestricted customer focus, continuous improvement through qualified training as well as support for our account managers and project managers with regard to all Service questions. The region of Germany comprises five service areas with approx. 45 Service employees different qualifications that work from the Home Office.

Own-responsible execution of repairs and installations (including remote repairs, field change orders) as well as cross-system fault analysis and solution finding taking into account clinical, technical and economic aspects.

Ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication, active escalation management and close cooperation with internal/external partners as well as guidance from colleagues.

Implementation of technical instructions for installations, coordination of small projects (e.g. relocations, upgrades) and independent solution of IT/network disorders.

Support for sales and project management in technical matters, disclosure of relevant information and customer support in the context of maintenance.

Complete documentation of all activities according to Philips quality criteria, notification of safety-relevant defects and compliance with relevant processes.

Activity as medical device consultant according to § 31 MPG and communication with supervisory authorities (e.g. Landesärztekammer).

External service experience as well as relevant knowledge in the medical field and basic medical knowledge
