inventory, assessment and acquisition of building equipment, technical guidance of the property personnel Creation of orders for measures to building technical installations for the construction administration, the works master or for third parties Processing of fault messages relating to technical installations Verification of building documents from the point of view of the technical company User advice and explanation of technical systems Review of the documentation of construction management Participation/organization of the assignment of operational personnel to new facilities and transfer of responsibilities Installation of buildings Monitoring and initiation of necessary tests and maintenance on building equipment Sighting of test and maintenance logs and initiation of orders to eliminate defects Creation of refurbishment plans on technical installations Creation of performance lists and implementation of awards as part of repair measures to technical installations Refill other operator obligations from current regulations on building equipment Ensuring trouble-free operation of technical installations Implementation of energy management according to current regulations including Optimization of building equipment to reduce primary energy requirements in cooperation with the specialist for building automation
