Financial Accountant (Controlling / Financial Accounting)

Analysis, evaluation and interpretation of sales, sales and customer data for deriving recommendations for action.

Creating meaningful reports and management analyses for management, sales and other departments.

Support for monthly and annual accounts as well as close cooperation with accounting including Intercompany agreement and representative sales tax pre-registration.

Processing of creditor accounting, including collection and accounting of incoming invoices.

Debitor management with responsibility for open-post tracking and dunning.

Further development of existing reporting and analysis processes including maintenance and development of relevant KPIs – in particular in the BI tool Deltamaster (Bissantz) for sales controlling and e-commerce analyses.

Involvement in budget planning, revenue forecasts and multiannual corporate strategies.

Analytical sense: You have the right to identify deviations at an early stage, to analyze developments and to derive targeted recommendations from them.

You want to actively contribute to developing a modern and future-oriented accounting – and to bring creative ideas and implementation strength.

Funded training: You have qualified training in accounting, for example through a completed study or commercial training with a focus on finance. A further development to/from the balance book holder or controller is desirable, but no prerequisite. It is important for us to continue to qualify for accounting or controlling.

Practical knowledge: You bring professional experience in controlling and/or financial accounting and can bring them into the daily business in a targeted manner.

Language competence: You have English skills that you can apply in international exchange.

Digital affinity: Dealing with different accounting and BI systems is familiar to you – ideally you already have experience with modern reporting and analysis tools.
