Mittendrin, instead of just doing this - from the first day you work as a full-fledged team member in deal teams for complex financing. Through practical assignments and training-on-the-job in various areas of the bank, you take successive responsibility and are involved when talking to customers or viewing objects. The aim of the trainee program is to develop skills and skills that enable you to take on exciting tasks, such as the development of cash flow analyses and the creation of value assessments. After completion of the trainee program, you take on your own responsibility a demanding activity as an expert: in the real estate assessment. The creation of first own opinions for standard return objects, the independent observation of the markets in which LBBW real estate finances, the derivation of the effects of macroeconomic changes on property prices and the ongoing monitoring of existing properties are also part of your future responsibility. You can become all-rounder:in - or specialize in certain asset classes, countries or usage types.

The basis for your entry is a completed economic studies or real estate studies or a comparable education and training. In the selection process you convince with a successfully completed cognitive performance test. In German you can communicate at least on the language level C1 and also in English you can express yourself safely. Ideally, you can add these languages with good knowledge in another foreign language (e.g. French, Polish or Dutch). You bring good analytical skills and a high level of problem solving skills. Ideally, you have already been able to gain first relevant practical experience through internships or work-studierende activities. Your constructive-critical commemoration combined with creativity, team capacity and a strong will for performance is in demand. In addition, you have an affinity for new developments (digital media and agile mindset) and an independent and independent way of working.
