Trainee Technical Sales Mechanical Engineering Flexographic Printing Solutions International (m/f/d)

As part of our international sales team, you will not only learn sales, you will help shape it. You are actively engaged in exchange with local customers, online, at trade fairs. You understand the technical advantages of our flexographic printing presses and are ready to incorporate you into the technology to bring this knowledge into the sales process. You're talking, you're talking, you're acting on a fact-based basis and you're building trust. You work from the first contact to the conclusion of the contract and make sure that deals are successfully completed. You support offers, presentations and project coordination. Together with your colleagues, you develop strategies for new markets.

You want technical sales with hands-on mentality and bring the following: Technical understanding You have completed your studies (e.g. industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, printing) or technical training with corresponding further training. You feel comfortable with complex, declaration-intensive technical products – ideally you have touch points with printing technology or mechanical engineering. Sales with Drive Not only do you want to communicate and technical advice, but you want to complete projects. You have a sense of customer needs and the motivation to complete projects. First experience in customer contact or sales is super, but not absolutely necessary. Personality & Skills You work independently, structured and with a clear goal. You stand up convincingly and you can technically explain what makes our flexographic printing machines special. English & German you can safely control. You've got Bock on your way and you're learning quickly.
