Analysis and development of measures to optimise the governance and organisational structures of the TARGOBANK Analysis and redesign of business processes to increase efficiency and productivity Monitoring of transformation projects, such as the implementation of new business models or the adaptation to regulatory requirements Implementation of workshops and interviews to identify potential improvements Coordination between specialist departments, IT and external partners to minimize interface conflicts and use synergies Control of change processes, e.g. when introducing new technologies or organizational structures, taking into account resistances and communication strategies Identification and assessment of risks in operational business and support in compliance with regulatory requirements
