International and interdisciplinary cooperation: As a Senior Global Payroll and Time Management Expert, you will become part of the newly established society in the future and will work in a globally connected team of about 4300 colleagues working in over 50 countries. In the team, you develop a viable concept for the proper pay billing of the new company and shape the transition to our external service provider. They develop new lean HR processes and ensure implementation together with our internal and external contacts to ensure a smooth running of the billing of charges. In the new unit, you act as a central interface to our BPO partner ADP and are responsible for the proper execution of the payroll. In addition, manage and monitor global payroll and time management processes in close cooperation with our external service providers and ensure data quality and consistency. Coordination of the interfaces between payroll, time management and travel management systems and analysis as well as solving problems related to global payroll and time management are among their activities. In addition, the creation and maintenance of documentation and training materials for payroll and time management processes and support for compliance with legal and regulatory requirements is an essential task of you.

Education: completed studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, business administration or comparable qualification experience and know-how: long-term and extensive professional experience in the fields of payroll and time management, ideally in a globally active company; both experience in project management and transformation/implementation experience; Knowledge and experience in cooperation with a ourtsourcing partner, ideally ADP; reliable knowledge of the issues of wage tax and social security law Personality and working methods: independent and proactive working methods, high target and result orientation as well as pronounced analytical and problem-solving skills Languages: very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
