What counts

Complete craft or technical training (e.g. electricians, plant mechanics, locksmiths, masters or the like) - alternatively several years of professional experience in technical building management. Versatile craftsmanship as well as basic knowledge in building technology. Self-employed and reliable operation as well as professional appearance. Service- and customer-oriented thinking and acting. Driving licence class B and readiness for mobile activity. Basic knowledge in handling digital tools (e.g. smartphone apps for documentation).

Your contribution to us

Technical support of several properties in your field of application as well as regular tours and visual inspections Execution of minor repairs and craft activities (e.g. replacement of lighting equipment, small mountings, door and window adjustments, simple sanitary work) Monitoring of building technology, control of ventilation, heating and safety equipment and reporting of malfunctions Supporting external service providers such as cleaning or maintenance companies, including quality control Documentation of the work done, notifications and disturbances via digital systems Support in winter service, outdoor care as well as order and cleanliness of the supervised objects Service-oriented contact for tenants, owners and internal colleagues
