Contact person for the customer and tenant (if necessary regular tenant care - also for the client's employees in the object) Ensure operability and safe operation of supervised facilities and buildings Implementation of contractual services in accordance with work orders (maintenance, inspection and repair activities) Creating documents and reports to demonstrate the general activities in the context of the object service in accordance with contractual content, e.g. fault log, operating diary, defect list, damage report Co-ordinating and monitoring of after-contracting services including on-the-spot care and acceptance of performance

Ideally technical training, e.g. as a plant mechanic HKLS / mechatronics refrigeration technology / central heating builder / ventilation builder / gas-water installer or the like. Very good knowledge of MS Office applications Ideally, the extended safety review (Ü2) of the Federal Office for Constitutional Protection is available - alternatively, it can also be applied for prior to recruitment together with SPIE Deutschlevel C 1 required & driving license class B / BE Customer-oriented, dedicated employees, for which team skills and reliability are of course
