Team Leader Design - Special Purpose Machinery / Mechanical Engineering (m/f/d)

• Responsibility for design, technical design and optimization of components and assemblies in special machine construction • Control and coordination of technical projects including cost, time and resource monitoring • Technical advice and coordination with customers, sales and project management throughout the entire project period • Ensuring high mechanical engineering design quality and support for release and change processes • Professional leadership, development and resource planning of the design team • Support for feasibility assessments, calculations and strategic project assignments • Development of existing products and constructive solutions in cooperation with internal departments and quality management • Complete studies in mechanical engineering, construction engineering or comparable technical training • Multiannual professional experience in the design and project processing of machinery or special machinery • knowledge of CAD systems and the technical design and dimensioning of modules • Communication strength and safe occurrence in dealing with customers, sales and internal departments • Experience in the professional leadership and further development of design teams • Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation • Understanding manufacturing and assembly processes Varied tasks with very good learning and development possibilities Strong team working in and beyond Modernly equipped workplace Slip time control Lunch in our own canteen Tax-free deposit on a Benefit card Corporate Benefit Program Occupational pension Regular corporate events Voluntary premiums and special payments
