Staff receptions & conference room service (m/f/d)

You welcome our guests and colleagues You are responsible for the general administrative activities such as appointment requests, orders and updating existing documents and apply our digital processes You host our guests and colleagues in the conference rooms You enter our company's reservation hotline You prepare conference rooms for appointments and events and then arrange order and cleanliness You implement our quality standards across locations at all receptions You manage our media technology and the related equipment You coordinate the conference placement

You have a successfully completed training as a hotel specialist or a comparable qualification You ideally have relevant professional experience You have good knowledge of the common office applications You are flexible in terms of cross-site operations You always work motivated, independent, structured and service-oriented You draw your attention through your communication strength, team skills and reliability You convince by safe occurrence and a positive emission
