Process mechanic (m/f/d)

Plant management: Professional refurbishment, installation and start-up of injection moulding machines (exclusive experience with angel systems).

Process control: Continuous monitoring and targeted optimization of production processes to increase efficiency and quality.

Quality assurance & validation: implementation and complete documentation of samples and validations according to strict specifications.

Technical maintenance: independent maintenance and rapid, systematic troubleshooting of machines and plant components.

Data management: Certain logging of machine settings, key figures and batch data for complete traceability.

Material management: Professional preparation and provision of plastic granules for the ongoing production process.

Working environment: Active promotion of order and cleanliness at work (5S standard) as a basis for safe production processes.
