We're going to do trauma education. In one of our stationary WGs, you support mentally burdened young users according to trauma pedagogical and systemic approaches. You will be part of a multi-professional team either in the gender-sensitive WG ''Mädchen in the centre', the WG ''Falkenhaus' or the Youth WG ''Dock 219'''' with a focus on self-employment. Together with the users, we develop resource-oriented goals and patterns of action - for a development towards a 'self-conscious' personality.

Learning and creative application (traumatic) pedagogical and systemic methods in the reference educational system on topics such as biography work, binding experience, resilience, action alternatives, joy in everyday life etc. Realizing your educational heart topics in individual and group settings as part of a participative work design. Individually oriented network work and cooperation with actors involved in the aid (therapy centres, school, persons, ASD). For continuous support of users: activity in the layer system with many free spaces and of course attractive supplements and supplements. Completed studies, for example as a social pedagogue /-in, social worker /-in, special pedagogue /-in (without a teacher), childhood pedagogue /-in or educational scholar /-in (with emphasis on social education). Alternatively educator with professional experience or appropriate training (only in WG „Mädchen im Mittepunkt“ mgl.) Security in support of mentally burdened young people, interest in long-term development work and a good feeling for professional proximity and distance. Optimum knowledge of a relevant subject such as trauma education, dialogue-oriented crisis management or case management or interest in developing you in these areas. Even with less experience: We look forward to you as a self-confident, communicative personality with design ideas and participatory educational attitude. Commitment: Secure, indefinite permanent employment with all advantages of the KTD tariff agreement.
