General responsibility for the human, organisational and economic management of the institutions Ensuring high quality of living, care and service, as well as the highest possible level of satisfaction for residents and employees Leadership, motivation and further development of employees and executives Responsibility for optimal utilization of the facility by professional occupancy and sales management Care and development of contacts with residents, relatives, cooperation partners, authorities and institutions Representation of the institution in the public and participation in regional networks and bodies Observation of market and competition developments and derivation of appropriate measures to further develop the institution Designing and implementing strategic and future-oriented concepts within the company Ensuring compliance with legal, qualitative and economic requirements

Complete training or studies in health, nursing or social services a comparable qualification Qualification for installation management in accordance with applicable legal requirements Multiannual professional and leadership experience in a stationary or outpatient care facility Knowledge of quality, occupation and personnel management High population and employee orientation as well as an appreciation of leadership style Entrepreneurial thinking and action as well as pronounced organisational capacity Communication strength, decision-making and enforcement Commitment, sense of responsibility and a solution-oriented approach
