As a growth-oriented group with 8 branches across Germany, we are looking for you as an employee Warranty Management Hochbau (m/w/d) as a reinforcement for our team of ImmVest Wolf GmbH for our location in Erfurt

Your duties

Communication with tenants, buyers, service providers and craftsmen Self-supporting our completed construction projects during the warranty period Processing, coordination and supervision of the entire warranty management Date-appropriate and economically and technically correct handling of fault indications Enforcement of costs related to the defector and follow-up of deficiencies Development of concepts for the elimination of defects and budgeting of the measure for coordination with sectoral management Own taxes, coordination and processing of, where appropriate, major measures within the scope of the guarantee and necessary services of external service providers

Completed studies or training in the fields of architecture, civil engineering, civil engineering, civil engineering, civil engineering construction or completed vocational training in a building craft subject to registration Insufficient professional experience in the building management of building construction or in warranty management and the assessment of construction damage Comprehensive knowledge of current regulations, guidelines and regulations and warranty management Good knowledge of VOB/B and building and contract law Safe handling in MS Office applications High level of customer and quality orientation German language skills in word and writing
