Internship/Thesis Development - Plastics Technology and Test Engineer Test Field (m/w/d)

Support for projects in the field of dowel technology (development and optimization of plastic dowels, injection technology, metal dowels etc.) and assistance in the respective test field. You create independent CAD designs and drawings of, for example, plastic dowels, test devices, tools using SolidWorks. With the help of prototype production, for example, on the rolling machine. Working with the development of evaluation methods and their integration into evaluation tools. You help with the creation of load booklets, project plans as well as release and admission documents and assists in admission checks. Coordination with suppliers and testing of prototypes, first samples, zero series and mass production. You have the opportunity to independently supervise a subproject.

Studies in mechanical engineering, process engineering, forming technology, material science, engineering (wood construction, construction, ...) or comparable course of study. Knowledge of product data management (PDM) and CAD (e.g. SolidWorks) are advantageous. You like to work handcrafted and implement tasks in practice. You bring a high degree of autonomy, team skills and communication strength. Due to your high analytical ability and your technical affinity, you can easily see complex relationships quickly and create evaluations. You have knowledge of German (C1) in word and writing, as well as good English skills.

Your mission is rewarded. For a mandatory internship, you can expect 1,400 € gross per month. If you do a voluntary internship for four months or longer or write your thesis with us, you will receive €2.262 gross per month.
