Project-related legal advice: support and advice of project managers in all legal issues within the framework of construction projects according to the requirements of HOAI and VOB e.g. in respect of fees and remuneration according to AHO and HOAI Focus: Support in the creation and design of grants with legal reference

Contract design and audit: creation, audit and negotiation of contracts Risk management: identification and assessment of legal risks and development of strategies to mitigate them Dispute settlement: assistance in the out-of-court and judicial settlement of disputes, including the representation of the company in court and authorities Knowledge transfer: Training for employees on legal issues and current developments in law Documentation and reporting: Compilation of legal opinions, reports and documentation for internal and external purposes

Academic qualification: Successfully completed study of law with first and second legal state exams Expertise: Knowledge of private building law and contract law as well as the willingness to engage in other legal areas relevant to the operating business, basic knowledge of contract law Professional experience: Multiannual professional experience as a Syndikus attorney or as a lawyer Personal characteristics: Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, team spirit as well as a binding occurrence and joy in versatile tasks Working methods: commitment, flexibility, self-responsibility and pragmatic, solution-oriented and analytical thinking and working methods
