When you work with sustainability and you are interested in how we report the change process of our company to the outside – we will help develop our ESG reporting! Climate protection and human rights are the issues of sustainability that are omnipresent in the media. Your tasks: In the ESG Reporting team, you will design the concept of sustainability reporting according to the requirements of CSRD/ESRS and accompany the implementation. You will develop an important sustainability medium with us: the sustainability report of Mercedes-Benz Group AG. We also ask for a professional understanding of the frameworks as well as complex project management and editorial competence. A good eye for design and design also helps us. Participation in the introduction of revised ESRS in cooperation with all departments and in coordination with the audit
Editorial design of the reporting in coordination with various departments
Implementation of benchmark and CAP analyses on various topics and derivation of recommendations for action
Working in complex project management with numerous stakeholders
Participation in the coordination of audits
Creation of presentations on current results, questions and decision needs
Working with the documentation and further development of the internal control process

Degree in law, business or economics, preferably with a focus on sustainability management or the like
Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing
Safe handling of MS Office
Ability to quickly work into different digital platforms (project management, databases)
